Special points of interest:

* Make sure you are keeping up with your routine visits.
*
Don’t forget to give at least 24 hour notice if you are unable to keep your appointment.
* Just a reminder that Co-pays are due at check-in the day of service.
* It is helpful if you can bring in your medications during your physical.

An 8-Step Strategy to Reduce Stress

  1. Make a stress list.  Include all the problems that impact your life in all areas, including work, home, financial, relationships, etc.
  2. Select only one problem to work on first.  This may be the problem that can be easiest to solve or the one that is most complicated and causing the greatest amount of stress.
  3. Set a goal for the problem that is specific, realistic, and achievable.  Be detailed and write it down where you can see your goal.
  4. Brainstorm all possible strategies to solve your problem.  Write them down and compare them to see what could work.
  5. Choose your solution—there is usually more than one.
  6. Make your plan.  For example, “I will put it in my schedule to leave work by 6pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays.”
  7. Put your plan in action and implement it!  Start now!
  8. Evaluate how your solution is working out for you.  You may need to choose a different solution.
