We are a Patient-Centered Medical Home and a small family practice office with three physicians. We take care of all diseases and care for patients ranging in ages from newborn to elderly.

What we are looking for is a part-time registered Dietitian who is very enthusiastic and interested in teaching. We are flexible in how we set up your contract and can pay hourly or based on the number of patients seen. We currently need someone who is comfortable teaching patients about nutrition in relation to diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, renal failure and hyperlipidemia.

Since we are family physicians, we can provide a list of patients each week you will be able to see, however, we are hoping to incorporate group diabetes and hypertension visits. If you are the right person for this job, this job could grow with you into a full-time position. We are flexible with hours and can work with your schedule, however, would like to have you available on multiple days for patient convenience.
